1. High-fiber diet

You need to include vegetables, fresh fruits, and whole grains in your meals to prevent constipation. 5. Low-fat diet
Fatty foods are known to cause many health problems like obesity, and this is even worse when you already have IBS. All high-fat foods have less fiber, and this aggravates constipation. 6. Low FODMAP diet
